SHIPPINGS
When making the order they will appear you the available options to make the shipment. For the shipment of orders dedicated to Spain you will find two options:
-1) Send for area
-2) Send for quick messaging
In the first method, more economic, the used system is the shipment by certificate mail that usually takes between two and four days to arrive and that in the event of not finding it in your domicile they will leave you a warning in your mailbox so that you go to pick up it in the post office that belongs you for area.
In the second, the services of an agency of quick transport will be used as for example SEUR, MRW, etc. according to the destination town
The package usually arrives in 24 hours from the delivery. Case of not finding the at home will leave you warning so that you connect with them and to be of agreement.
For other destinations, the two same options can appear or only the first one, but the times of delivery are different, in the first type for Europe usually takes between 4 and 8 days, for America between 6 and 15 days and for the rest of the world of 10 to 25 days. In the cases in that you find the option of quick messaging the times of delivery are usually between 2 and 4 days for Europe, between 2 and 6 days for America and enter 4 and 10 days for the rest of the world.

REFUNDS
It will always be requested previously the possibility to return us an order or a product, maximum seven days after receiving it. Attention of being accepted the shipment will be made to ports paid to the address that we will have indicated you. They will only be accepted goods without using, under perfect conditions and in their original packings. Once received the refund and supervised the correct state of the products, you will proceed to the conventional change that will be sent to ports due or in the case of not wanting to substitute them, to the refund of the paid amounts, deducing the shipping and handling. To make the refund the same one it will be used system used by you when paying.
